Shaniqwa Jarvis and Raj Debah conceptualized, wrote, and directed a series of film vignettes focused on black family life. The film represents an exploration of relationships among chosen as well as blood family, image reflection, and rituals that preserve the importance of our nature. The vignettes and still photography portray harmonious, truthful, and positive imagery of black family life. The films touch on subjects relating to self image, reflection and family bond set to a score of original music by Kelsey Lu.
